3. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

A. Customized Orders

  • Strictly Non-Returnable: All customized, personalized, or custom-printed cases/orders are final. They are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under any circumstances once processed or delivered.

B. Standard (Normal) Orders

Standard (non-customized) orders are eligible for return or exchange ONLY under the following specific conditions:

  1. Wrong Parcel Delivered: If you received an incorrect package by mistake.

  2. Wrong Model Dispatched: If a model different from what you ordered was dispatched by error.

C. Conditions for Exchange

  • Store Visibility: Any product or model exchange is strictly subject to item availability. Exchanges are valid ONLY for products that are currently visible and actively sold on our store catalog.

  • Used Products: Any product that shows signs of use, wear and tear, or has been opened and used is strictly non-returnable.

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim a return or exchange for a wrong item, customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Intellectual Property

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
